So, to revive our childhood memories, we created a strawberry-blackberry recipe, our real Proust's Madeleine.

Sister to the raspberry and known since time immemorial, the blackberry has its place in Greek mythology: it is said to have come from the blood of the Titans spilled during their battles with the gods. The clawed appearance of this ferocious rosehip corroborates this tragic origin! The subtle flavor of its fruit and its medicinal properties are well worth a few scratches.
