How does the return process work at H&H France?

Would you like to return a product? No problem! You can return the ordered merchandise within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order.

 

H&H France Return Instructions

Return shipping costs are covered if you are still within the 14-day withdrawal period. You can use the withdrawal form template available at the bottom of the page or in our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), and send the completed and signed form to H&H France Customer Service by email: biostime-nosmarques@hh.global

 

Once you have received the return label, please follow the instructions provided on it.

 

1. Pack the merchandise

Please affix the return label and return only intact and unopened products in their original packaging.

 

2. Send the package

Drop the package off at the nearest collection point (via the GLS app or at gls-group.eu), using the shipping company specified on the return label. Keep the receipt until receipt confirmation.

 

3. Refund

H&H France will refund the amount paid, including return costs, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the package. The refund will be made using the same payment method.
