Halloween Candy Recipe for Babies with No Added Sugar

For about fifteen candies, you will need:

  • 60g of organic apples
  • 70g of frozen organic raspberries
  • 3 g of agar-agar
  • 150 ml of water
  • The juice of half an organic lemon

The steps of the recipe

1. Start by mixing the water and agar-agar in a saucepan and simmer for two minutes.

2. Blend together the apples and raspberries (previously thawed)

3. Add the lemon juice, then the slightly cooled water and agar-agar mixture

4. Pour into the mold of your choice (we suggest a ghost-shaped ice cube tray or a pumpkin-shaped chocolate tray)

5. Place your candies in the fridge for 40 minutes and you're done!
