• Place the pad on your breast with adhesive strips above and below your nipple.
• Remove adhesive covers, put your bra back on, and press gently to secure the pad. 

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:

• Change pads at least 3 times daily after breastfeeding. 
• Clean your breasts before and after breastfeeding.
