Contest rules

Article 1. ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

The company HEALTH AND HAPPINESS FRANCE, registered with the RCS of Nanterre under number 612 030 767, whose registered office is located at 105 rue Anatole France 92300 LEVALLOIS PERRET (hereinafter "the Organizer"), is organizing from April 1, 2025 until December 19, 2025, Central European Time (hereinafter "Duration of the Game") a free game with purchase obligation called "15 Years Good Goût Contest" (hereinafter the "Game").

These Rules (hereinafter the “Rules”) define the legal rules applicable to this Game. Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of the Rules in their entirety, as well as the laws, regulations, and other texts applicable in France.

Article 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This Game is open to any adult natural person residing in Metropolitan France, excluding members of the Organizer's staff and their families, including cohabitants, and generally companies participating in the implementation of this Game directly or indirectly (hereinafter referred to individually as the "Participant" and collectively as the "Participants").

Article 3. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

No participation made outside the Game Period will be examined by the Organizer. Participation in the Organizer's Game is individual and is carried out exclusively via an online form, after purchasing a Good Goût product in a pharmacy or store. Each Participant must play in person and is therefore prohibited from using, directly or indirectly, any automated query or request method on the Site.

Participants are informed that the data provided as part of their participation in the Game is necessary for their participation to be taken into account and for the awarding of the Prize. Consequently, they are invited to ensure the validity of this information. Any false or erroneous and/or incomplete declaration automatically results in the cancellation of participation and the awarding of the Prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to carry out any necessary verification, particularly concerning the identity and address of Participants, but also regarding compliance with these Rules.

Article 4. DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER

The Organizer will draw 115 winners from among all Participants.

The draw will be made before 18/12/25 by the Organizer.

The winner will be contacted within fifteen (15) days of the draw by email, confirming the nature of the Prize won and the terms and conditions for receiving it. The Organizer must obtain the winner's consent for the collection and processing of their personal data necessary for the awarding of the prize (namely the postal address).

Article 5. THE LOT

The Game is endowed with the following Prize awarded to the valid participant and declared winner. Description of the Prize:

A Sophie La Girafe motor skills wheel

The Prize offered is strictly nominative and therefore cannot be transferred to another person. There will be only one Prize per household, the household being determined by all the people living under the same roof.

Any additional details and practical information for the delivery of the Prize will be provided to the winner in due course. The Prize will be sent to the winner at the email address provided by the winner in the form.

Any Prize not claimed within one (1) month after the draw date will be considered abandoned by the winner. The Organizer may then freely dispose of the Prize and may, in particular, but not exclusively, decide to award it to a new winner. Any Prize that is returned to the Game Organizer by post or by the service provider in charge of transport, for any reason whatsoever (for example: no longer lives at the address indicated) will be considered abandoned by the winner.

In the event that the winner does not wish or cannot, for any reason whatsoever, benefit from all or part of the Prize won, under the conditions described in these Rules, he/she loses the full benefit of said Prize and cannot claim any compensation or consideration.

The Prize offered cannot give rise, on the part of the winner, to any dispute of any kind nor to the delivery of its countervalue in any form whatsoever, nor to its replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever.

Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute, at any time, the Prize offered, a prize of equivalent or greater value or similar characteristics, without any possible dispute on the part of the Participants.

Without prejudice to any legal action and its right to terminate the Participant's registration, the Organizer is not required to send any Prize to the winner if the latter has not correctly entered his or her contact details when participating, if he or she has clearly, and by any means, succeeded in distorting the result of the Game or has not complied with these Rules.

The Organizer shall not incur any contractual or legal liability in respect of operations relating to the transport of the Lot and in particular in the event of delay or

damage to the Lot. It declines all responsibility for the quality and/or condition of the Lot upon delivery.

Article 6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The company HEALTH AND HAPPINESS FRANCE collects and processes personal data (surname, first name, postal address, telephone number, email address) communicated to it by the Participants and the winners and/or their companions for the purposes of, on the one hand, executing and monitoring the Game, and on the other hand, awarding and delivering the Prize and communicating about the operation subject to the consent of the winners and/or their companions. In accordance with the regulations in force, in particular Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, all personal data concerning the Participants and the winner and/or their companions are processed in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and strict confidentiality of said data. The company HEALTH AND HAPPINESS FRANCE, whose information appears in Article 1 of these Rules, is the sole data controller. As such, any processing of personal data carried out within the framework of the Game is carried out under the responsibility of the Company HEALTH AND HAPPINESS FRANCE.

Personal data may therefore be used by the Organizer's internal departments, such as marketing departments. They will be retained by the Organizer for the duration necessary for the purposes of processing said data, in a secure and confidential manner. No transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area will be made.

Participants and winners have the right to access, oppose, rectify, limit, port and delete data and information concerning them by simply sending a request to the data protection officer at the following email address: SECURITY@hh.global. The Organizer may ask you for a copy of your valid identity card or passport, front and back, to prove your identity. It will have one (1) month from receipt of your email address to respond, except in the event of an abusive or erroneous request. If necessary, you have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL

Article 7. RESPONSIBILITY & MODIFICATIONS

Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the technologies used by the Internet and the technologies linked to it, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by

possible viruses circulating on the network. It is expressly recalled that the Internet is not a secure network.

The Organizer specifies that the use of hyperlinks may lead the Participant to other websites, independent of the Organizer. In this case, the Organizer cannot assume responsibility for the activities of third-party sites.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the malfunction of the Site and/or the Game for a given browser. The Organizer does not guarantee that the Site and/or the Game will operate without interruption or that they do not contain any computer errors, nor that any defects observed will be corrected. In the event of a technical malfunction of the Game, the Organizer reserves the right, if necessary, to invalidate and/or cancel the Game session during which the said malfunction occurred. No claims will be accepted in this regard.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible if the data relating to a Participant's registration does not reach it for any reason for which it cannot be held responsible (for example, an Internet connection problem due to any reason on the part of the user, a temporary failure of our servers for any reason, etc.) or arrives illegible or impossible to process (for example, if the Participant has inadequate computer hardware or software environment for their registration, etc.). The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any damage of any nature (personal, physical, material, financial or other) occurring during a Participant's participation in the Game.

It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack. Any person's connection to the Site and the Participant's participation in the Game is their sole responsibility.

The Organizer reserves the right to use any recourse and in particular to exclude or prosecute anyone who has cheated, defrauded, rigged or disrupted the operations described in these Rules, or has attempted to do so.

The Organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the Game and the Rules at any time, without prior notice or obligation to provide reasons for its decision and without incurring any liability as a result. In particular, it may shorten, suspend, extend or cancel this Game and/or session of the Game, in part or in its entirety, if circumstances so require and without the Participants and/or winners being entitled to claim any compensation in this regard.

Any amendment to the Rules will come into effect as soon as it is posted online and will be notified by all appropriate means, including via the Website. The Organizer's liability is limited to the maximum total amount of the Prize at stake.

Any unauthorized reproduction of these trademarks, logos and signs constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal penalties.

All software used on the Site and that to which it provides access, as well as the texts, comments, illustrations or images reproduced on the Site and on those to which it provides access, are subject to copyright, and their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal sanctions.
