Operation and Subscription Offer

How does the subscription work?

It's very simple: the subscription option is available on the subscription page of our site .

You can select the products and delivery frequency you want, ranging from weekly to every 10 weeks.

To subscribe, a minimum basket of €40 is required (this encourages you to group your needs into a single order, a better gesture for the planet!). Our subscribers also benefit from a 10% discount on their order (excluding 1st and 2nd stage milks).

You can of course mix products from our Good Goût, Biostime and Inostime brands in the same subscription if you wish.

The subscription is only available in Metropolitan France via GLS home delivery.

You can suspend, modify or cancel your subscription at any time in your customer account.

You can manually renew your subscription immediately in your customer account if you do not wish to wait for the next renewal date.

Why aren't all eshop products offered as subscriptions?

Most products in the e-shop are available through subscriptions. We exclude some products either because they are temporarily out of stock, because they are about to be discontinued, or because they are multi-product packs that can be recreated within the subscription by adding individual references.

Dodie products are not available in the subscription program at this time.

Can I apply a promo code to a subscription?

Subscriptions are excluded from promo codes. If you set up a subscription, you can add products from the eShop to your cart, and these non-subscription products will receive the discount.

Why is there no discount on first and second stage milk?

Breast milk is the ideal and natural food for every infant. According to WHO recommendations, the best food for babies between 0 and 6 months is their mother's milk. We follow the principles of the WHO Code and therefore do not advertise infant formulas intended for children under 6 months. This includes discounts and other promotions, which are prohibited for this product by French law.

Payment and bank details

Why do I need to consent to the storage of my bank details?

One of the benefits of the subscription is that you no longer have to think about it once it’s set up. Allowing us to store your bank details enables automatic billing with each shipment.

It also allows us, in the event of an out-of-stock product, to charge you the correct amount (for the items shipped) without requiring a new payment. Similarly, if you update your Subscription Cart, you only need to confirm the product selection without re-entering your bank details.

By subscribing, you authorize us to send instructions to your bank for payment of the various shipments according to the frequency and cart amount settings you have defined.

In accordance with regulations, you can delete your stored bank details from your customer account at any time. In that case, for the next shipment, we will send you an email to complete the payment on the website.

When am I charged?

If you have agreed to the storage of your bank details, we will debit you when your package is shipped.
If you have refused, we will send you an email before shipping, inviting you to proceed with payment on the site.

In the event of a missing product, we will only charge you for the amount of the products sent.

What happens if a product in my subscription is out of stock?

If a product in your subscription is out of stock, we will ship your order without that product.
If you have agreed to the storage of your bank details, we will automatically charge you at the time of shipment, and of course, only the amount of what will be delivered to you will be charged. If you have deleted your bank details, we will send you an email to direct you to the payment step again.

Modifying or deleting a subscription

How can I change my subscription?

To change a subscription, go to your customer account and go to the "My Subscriptions" section. There you will find a list of current and past subscriptions.
For active subscriptions, an EDIT button is available. This will take you to your subscription page, where you can modify its content, frequency (delivery interval or next order date), delivery address, or billing information.


Please note that changes must be made within 48 hours of the subscription being processed. If you change your subscription the day before a mailing, it will not be processed for that mailing, only for the next one. You will receive an email confirming your subscription change.

To change the bank details saved for a subscription, you will need to delete them (on the subscription modification page). You will be asked to provide the new bank details at the next shipment (which you can save for subsequent shipments if you wish).

If you are going on vacation, we offer to increase your delivery interval rather than canceling your subscription, the interval can be up to 6 weeks.
Otherwise, you can cancel your subscription and then use the RE-SUBSCRIBE function, but you will then have to reset the frequency of your subscription and go through the payment module again.

Can I suspend my subscription?

If you are going on holiday or wish to take a break during your subscription, we offer you, when possible, to increase your delivery interval or change the date of the next delivery, rather than cancelling your subscription, the interval between 2 shipments being up to 6 weeks.

Otherwise, you can cancel your subscription and then use the RESUBSCRIBE function when you want to resume it, but you will then have to reset the frequency of your subscription and go through the payment module again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The Good Goût subscription is commitment-free, meaning you can cancel it at any time, up until the next package is ready to be shipped. Specifically, you can modify or cancel your subscription up to 72 hours before the next package is shipped.
We will send you an email 5 days before the next mailing, to allow you to modify or cancel your subscription in time.
You can also modify or cancel your subscription directly in your customer account, in the My Subscriptions section. If the MODIFY button for your subscription does not appear, it means that it has already been sent out, and you will have to wait a few days before being able to cancel your subscription.

How do I change or delete the bank details saved for my subscription?

To delete your bank details, go to your customer account under My Subscriptions. For each subscription, click EDIT. If your bank details are saved, a My Payment Details box will appear, allowing you to delete them. If it doesn't appear, your details have already been deleted!

To change your bank details—for example, if you change your credit card—you'll need to delete your existing information. We'll then send you an email with your next shipment, inviting you to pay for your subscription. You can then save your new bank details to save time on future shipments.

If I change the content of my subscription, do I have to go through the payment module again?

It depends!
If your bank details are saved, there's no need to go through the payment process on the website. We'll charge you the new subscription amount starting with your next shipment.
If your details are not saved, then yes, you will have to go back to the site to pay for your subscription.

I was a subscriber on the old site, are my subscriptions still active?

Yes, all subscriptions that were active on the old website are still valid on this new version.

How do I stop or change my subscription?

You can change or pause your subscription at any time.

If you wish to view or cancel your subscription, go to My Account > Subscriptions.
