A delicious recipe, suggested by blogger Little Gabchou!
THE INGREDIENTS
(for 3 portions of 200g)
- 500g of seasonal mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 pinch of cumin
- A few parsley leaves
- Fresh cheese or yogurt
- Pre-cooked organic corn polenta
THE RECIPE
- Wash, peel and cut the vegetables.
- Steam the vegetables for about 15 minutes.
- Bring 200ml of water to a boil and pour in 4 tablespoons of polenta. Let the polenta cook for 5 minutes, until the mixture is fairly thick.
- Blend the cooked vegetables with the cooking water to obtain a liquid mixture, then add the cooked polenta. You can add a few flat-leaf parsley leaves to the blender for flavor and a pinch of cumin.
- You can add a teaspoon of cream cheese or Greek yogurt to enhance your dish!
