Stories about parsnips
A cousin of the carrot, parsnips also pair well with meat, such as chicken and salmon. In the spice aisle, don't hesitate to add nutmeg or honey. Honey-glazed parsnips are a real treat, although we recommend them for adults!
As a little anecdote, in Breton freckles are called pikou panez, literally freckles!
