Small pasta, spinach and ricotta recipe

Planche en bois posée sur une table rustique, garnie de feuilles d’épinards, d’un fromage de ricotta, de raviolis farcis, de pâte fraîche et d’un petit ustensile en bois.

Or how to make your baby love spinach.

The ingredients

120g of spinach

50g of pasta

30g of ricotta

1 drizzle of olive oil

The recipe

  1. Put a little water in a saucepan and steam the spinach leaves. A few minutes is enough.
  2. Cook the pasta separately. You can use penne, or orzo and biavetta for those more experienced. They are delicious little pasta shapes! Be careful not to use egg pasta if your child is under 1 year old.
  3. Combine the pasta, spinach, and 30g of ricotta in a bowl. Add a few drops of olive oil and blend everything to a consistency that suits your child's age.

And for those evenings when you don't have time to cook your baby's meals, there are our delicious and organic baby food options !

Stories about ricotta

The mildness of ricotta (also works with Kiri, Saint-Moret, fresh goat cheese) softens the harshness of spinach and makes it much more palatable for our babies!
