The ingredients
120 g of spinach
50 g of pasta
30 g of ricotta
1 drizzle of olive oil
The recipe
- Add a little water to a saucepan and steam the spinach. It only takes a few minutes.
- Cook the pasta separately. You can use penne pasta, or bird's tongue pasta and biavetta pasta for those who are more experienced. These are delicious little pastas! Be careful not to use egg pasta if your child is under 1 year old.
- Combine the pasta, spinach, and 30g of ricotta in a bowl. Add a few drops of olive oil and blend until smooth, depending on your child's age.
