Pea, goat cheese and pasta soup recipe for ages 8 months and up

Ingredients for 1 serving

To make 1 portion of velouté, you will need:

  • 150g of organic peas
  • 1 tablespoon of raw risoni pasta
  • 10g of organic pasteurized fresh goat cheese
  • A drizzle of vegetable oil (rapeseed, olive, etc.)
  • Water
  • A blender

Recipe

  1. First, steam the peas until they are tender. This takes about fifteen minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, boil water to cook your pasta. Once the water boils, add the small pasta and cook for 9 minutes, making sure it is tender.
  3. Drain the small pasta and set aside.
  4. Once the peas are thoroughly cooked, blend them with the fresh goat's cheese, a drizzle of vegetable oil of your choice, and a little cooking water. Adjust the amount of cooking water to the desired consistency.
  5. Pour the soup into a bowl and add the small pasta.

All that's left is to treat baby!
