Ingredients for 1 serving
To make 1 portion of velouté, you will need:
- 150g of organic peas
- 1 tablespoon of raw risoni pasta
- 10g of organic pasteurized fresh goat cheese
- A drizzle of vegetable oil (rapeseed, olive, etc.)
- Water
- A blender
Recipe
- First, steam the peas until they are tender. This takes about fifteen minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil water to cook your pasta. Once the water boils, add the small pasta and cook for 9 minutes, making sure it is tender.
- Drain the small pasta and set aside.
- Once the peas are thoroughly cooked, blend them with the fresh goat's cheese, a drizzle of vegetable oil of your choice, and a little cooking water. Adjust the amount of cooking water to the desired consistency.
- Pour the soup into a bowl and add the small pasta.
All that's left is to treat baby!
