Recipe for small pasta with melting vegetables from 15 months

Ingredients

To make one portion of this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 organic zucchini
  • 1 organic tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of uncooked tricolored star-shaped pasta
  • A drizzle of organic vegetable oil (rapeseed, olive, etc.)
  • 1 organic basil leaf

Recipe

  1. First, dice the courgette and tomato, then steam them with a basil leaf until the cubes are very soft.
  2. Meanwhile, boil water without salting it for cooking your pasta. Once the water is boiling, add the small pasta and cook for 11 minutes, making sure it is very tender at the end of cooking.
  3. Drain the small pasta and arrange it on a plate, along with the small pieces of tender vegetables.
  4. Mix everything together well, then add a drizzle of vegetable oil and it's ready!

Baby can now just enjoy himself!
