Treat yourself to our recipe for little star-shaped pasta with melting sun-dried vegetables, a delight for babies over 15 months old!
Ingredients
To make one serving of this recipe, you will need:
- 1 organic zucchini
- 1 organic tomato
- 1 tablespoon of raw tricolor star pasta
- A drizzle of organic vegetable oil (rapeseed, olive, etc.)
- 1 organic basil leaf
Recipe
- First, cut the zucchini and tomato into small cubes and then steam them with a basil leaf until the cubes are soft.
- Meanwhile, boil unsalted water to cook your pasta. Once the water boils, add the small pasta and cook for 11 minutes, making sure it is tender when cooked.
- Drain the small pasta and place it on a plate, with the small pieces of melting vegetables.
- Mix everything well then add a drizzle of vegetable oil and it's ready!
Baby just has to enjoy!
