The traditional carbonara sauce adored by Italians revisited for babies!
The ingredients
- 25 g of shell pasta
- 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 slice of stewed ham
The recipe
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Heat the Greek yogurt and grated Parmesan cheese in a small saucepan. Cut the ham slice into thin strips. Add it to your mixture. Mix everything together.
Once the pasta is cooked, place it in a colander and, once drained, add it to your yogurt, parmesan, and ham mixture. Mix everything together and serve.
