Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Recette boeuf Stroganoff

One of our favorite baby foods!

The ingredients

  • 1 large Agria potato
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 medium-sized tomato
  • 1 handful of fresh or frozen peas
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 80 g of coarsely ground beef, cut with a knife
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • 1 mini pinch of paprika

The recipe

  1. Place the ice cubes in a bowl with a little water. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Wash the vegetables, peel your carrot and your potato.
  3. To peel your tomato more easily, dip it in boiling water for 20 seconds, then in your bowl of iced water.
  4. Cut the tomato and carrot in half, remove half of each and cut them into small pieces, along with the potato. Wash them and place them in your steamer basket.
  5. Remove the first skin of the onion, slice it into a quarter and add it to the basket.
  6. Cook your vegetables and your quarter onion together for 15 minutes.
  7. Discard the cooking water and blend everything roughly.
  8. Shell the peas and cook them in boiling water: plunge them into a pan of boiling water for 30 seconds then dip them into the bowl of iced water.
  9. Place the minced meat in the steamer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Mix your meat and vegetable stuffing, and sprinkle with peas. Add a pinch of paprika for the older ones!
