A very simple pancake recipe from 10 months for breakfast or snacks with the family

THE INGREDIENTS:
(for about 15 pancakes):
- 50g buckwheat flour
- 50g of spelt flour
- 1/2 sachet of yeast
- 200ml of Good Goût organic growth milk
- 1 small sweet potato
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
THE RECIPE:
- Peel the sweet potato, cut into pieces and steam it for 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, mix it with the eggs, flour, infant milk and yeast.
- Heat a frying pan and grease it with coconut oil. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and flip the pancake after 3 minutes. Cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
- Serve warm with fresh fruit or a Good Goût fruit pouch .
Ideal for weekend family breakfast or a snack!
