Sweet Potato Pancakes

Pancakes de Patate douce

A very simple pancake recipe from 10 months for breakfast or snacks with the family

THE INGREDIENTS:

(for about 15 pancakes):

  • 50g buckwheat flour
  • 50g of spelt flour
  • 1/2 sachet of yeast
  • 200ml of Good Goût organic growth milk
  • 1 small sweet potato
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

THE RECIPE:

  1. Peel the sweet potato, cut into pieces and steam it for 10 minutes.
  2. Once cooked, mix it with the eggs, flour, infant milk and yeast.
  3. Heat a frying pan and grease it with coconut oil. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and flip the pancake after 3 minutes. Cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with fresh fruit or a Good Goût fruit pouch .

Ideal for weekend family breakfast or a snack!
